This League of American Bicyclists certified class is led by League of American Bicyclists Cycling Instructors.
The Classroom Session 1 MUST be completed prior to attending the Road Session. Most students register for both sessions at the same time, although the Road Session may be taken at any later date.
This Road Session 2 will cover:
– Proper bike and helmet fit
– Flat tire repair secrets
– Adjustments, minor repairs, quick fixes
– Bicycle handling skills
– Driving your bicycle safely and confidently in traffic
Upon completion of the Road Session, graduates will be given a diploma and one year membership to the San Diego County Bike Coalition (https://sdbikecoalition.org), a $25 value.
