Basic Bike Skills Class

This free class paid for by the California Office of Traffic Safety.

Not comfortable on the road? Get ready for your commute as we cover general bike safety, emergency maneuver skills, legal rights and responsibilities. The virtual course includes a 1.5 hour interactive lecture on Zoom, followed by a Q+A.

We offer an in-person bike skills rodeo for people who have previously attended a class. These are available every few month. The class is limited to 8 students per session.

Before the class: Please download Zoom and practice using the platform. Have your bike and helmet on hand during the webinar so that you can practice skills and make sure your gear is safe to use.
