City Cycling- Encinitas

This is a free in person class for bike riders of all ages! Learn about road rules, where to ride, emergency maneuvers and join us for a guided road ride to put your new skills into action!
The City of Encinitas, in partnership with the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition offers
free classes this winter which will teach road rules, where to ride, general bike safety,
emergency maneuvers, legal rights and responsibilities and will include a guided road
ride to put your new skills into action!

Classes are open to bike riders of all ages. E-bikes welcome! Class content applies
to both regular and e-bikes. The 3-hour class is broken up into 3 parts: lecture, skills
drills, road riding.

Class repeats monthly this winter and spring. All classes are held at the Encinitas Community Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, Encinitas.
 
 
If you were registered to attend City Cycling on January 22nd and you attended the virtual lecture portion of the class you are welcome to join this class on February 19th for only the on-road portion from 10am-12pm. Please meet us outside of the Encinitas Community Center at 10am.
