Welcome to your Sunday morning moment of zen!

Amanda from Pineapple Yoga will guide you through a peaceful hour of yoga, specially designed for bike riders.

She'll focus on all those muscles that get used for cycling and the places were people commonly feel sore after a long ride.

The class will also include tips for pre-ride stretches, post ride cool downs and an opportunity to ask questions!

Please tune into Zoom from a computer or tablet so that you can follow along with the class. You're invited to keep your video on so that Amanda can offer feedback on postures and ways to optimize your practice.
