Eliot is the Founder of the Grow Cycling Foundation, a Host/Presenter, a Former World Cup Downhill Racer, and a Software Engineer. He cares deeply about combining his passions and using his unique skills to bring cycling to more people and more places. His favorite pastime is cookies.
Susie Murphy, a native San Diegan, is the Executive Director of the San Diego Mountain Biking Association, the leading trail advocacy organization in the county. She also serves on the board of the California Mountain Biking Coalition and Sprockids San Diego and is a member of the County Parks Advisory Committee. Susie has been riding mountain bikes for over 30 years in San Diego and beyond. Susie likes to see all kinds of people out enjoying the trails she loves so much.
Terry Esau
Terry has over 10 years in the non-profit sector, having exercised his leadership as the founder of FB4K in 2010.
In addition, Terry has been instrumental in catalyzing the move from a Minnesota-only platform to the 12 US cities that FB4K currently calls home. Terry has been recognized for his societal contributions both nationally (USA Today Make A Difference award) and internationally (Guinness World Records). In his spare time, Terry is a published author and speaker on various topics, including the ‘Wellbeing of under-resourced kids in America.’ In addition to his bicycle advocacy, Terry is an avid cyclist, musician and artist.
