Board Member Volunteering

Board Members are asked to make an annual contribution to SDCBC.  Part or all of that contribution can be made in volunteer hours.   

1 hour = $25

10 volunteer hours = Full $250 contribution

Steps

1. Review Opportunities:

    • Check out the upcoming volunteer opportunities (button below).
    • At times, there are specific “Board Members Only” volunteer opportunities. Otherwise sign up for any SDCBC event/activity that suits you.

2. Sign Up:

    • Select one or more shifts from the available volunteer opportunities.  You will get an email confirmation of your volunteer sign-up.  The event coordinator and/or the volunteer coordinator will email additional event/volunteer information prior to the event.

3. Report Your Hours:

    • After you volunteer activity is complete, please report your hours via the button below.  It is critical that ALL Board Member volunteer hours be reported.  This is used to verify your annual contribution.
