ReBike offers free repair assistance to the community. On any given Sunday the expertise of our volunteer mechanics will vary. As a result, during any given repair session ReBike reserves the right to say we will not be able to work on any given bike based on our available mechanics experience and/or physical ability.
E-Bike Policy: ReBike does NOT offer assistance with electrical issues or components including, but not limited to, motors, wiring, connectors, controllers. They are beyond the scope of what we can offer. ReBike will work on things such as flats, brakes, shifters, derailleurs if a qualified mechanic is available. Many e-bikes are much larger and heavier than regular human powered bikes so if an e-bike is too heavy or large for us to safely work on it we will not work on it.
Each member of our all-volunteer staff can agree or decline to work or not work on any e-bike or bicycles. Please respect our decision in these situations.
