Have a bike gathering dust in the garage? We will pick it up for free, fix it up and find it a new home with someone who needs a ride.
What we take
Even broken bikes help. If a frame is beyond repair, we strip every usable part and recycle the rest.
Bikes of every size
Adult and kids' bikes, in any condition.
Parts
Wheels, tires, tubes and components keep the Sunday clinic running.
Tools
Bike tools put more volunteer mechanics to work.

How to donate
Tell us what you have
Email info@rebikesd.org with the kind of bike and a photo if you can.
We pick it up, or you drop it off
Pickup is free. [FILL IN: pickup area] Or bring it any Sunday, 10am to 2pm, to 300 15th Street, the San Diego County Bike Coalition office in East Village.
We find it a rider
Volunteers clean it, fix it, safety check it and send it back out on the road.
Where your bike goes
Every donated bike takes one of three roads back into the community.
Sold at a fair price
Every sale pays for the tubes, tires and chains we use at the clinic.
Earned by a rider
People with very limited means trade a little effort at the shop for a bike of their own.
Given through partners
In 2025 we donated over 400 bikes to people and partner organizations across San Diego and Tijuana.
