Community Open House – Uptown Bikeways Project

The open house and public hearing marks a key milestone for the Uptown Bikeways project. After several years of community outreach and project refinement, the SANDAG Board of Directors is expected to consider whether the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) at its June 24, 2016, meeting. As part of the project’s CEQA compliance, SANDAG has prepared a Traffic and Safety Impact Assessment, which was published on May 9, 2016.
Open house and public hearing attendees will be able to talk with project team members and provide feedback. Comments collected at the open house and public hearing and responses to those comments will be provided to the Board of Directors for consideration prior to the meeting.
