This 1 hour virtual class will include a short lesson in bike fitting, followed by a 45 minute yoga session, specifically designed for bikers.
This class begins with a short lesson in comfort, adjustments and bike fitting from a professional mechanic. Then Amanda from Pineapple Yoga will lead you through a series of yoga moves that strengthen, stretch and tone your body to support your biking.
