We kick off our month-long End-of-Year Giving on November 28th with #SDCBCGivingTuesday!
Mark your calendars and make a donation on Giving Tuesday!
Donate and join us for one of the special Giving Tuesday Livestreams. Each two hour block will have one or more matching Donors, so when you donate during our Giving Tuesday marathon, you could be more than doubling your donation! Each Livestream will end with a Donor prize drawing from Donors over the previous two hours, so donate and tune in!

What you can do when you give...
$10 covers a free helmet, lock or bike light at one of events where we distribute free safety gear.
$50 supports our bike advocacy works and ensures that we can be at communities meetings to represent the demands of bicyclists and safe street advocates.
$100 is the cost for one more instructor to teach a bicycle safety course, thus allowing us to reach more students.
$500 pays for a Learn to Ride Class so that kids and adults can learn to ride a bicycle and get the gear they need to stay safe on the roads.
$1500 pays for a City Cycling, skills rodeo or ebike Safety Course to ensure that bicycles know where to ride and how to ride safely and lawfully.
$2000-$5000 is a great way to support an event like CicloSDias, Women+ on Wheels, Joy Ride or the Bike Summit. Your contribution covers the costs of permits, health/safety, street closures, SAG wagons, mechanics, free bike safety resources for participants and more!
What is GivingTuesday?
GivingTuesday first launched in 2012 as a way for people to do good and support great work. It’s a global event where radical generosity is encouraged. On this day every gear hundreds of millions of people give, collaborate, and celebrate kindness with their time and dollars.
You can participate in tons of ways, its not all about the money! Volunteer for an organization that you believe in, clean up your neighborhood, adopt a pet, smile at a stranger, ride your bike instead of driving a car…do something good just for the sake of goodness!
