Smart Cycling Session 2 – Oceanside

The Smart Cycling Road Session II is for students who have completed the Classroom Session I. It includes

1. Parking lot drills where you will increase your bike handling skills and learn some emergency maneuvers to avoid motor vehicle collisions
2. Riding on a variety of local streets and bike paths while practicing proper lane positioning and performing safe and legal turning maneuvers.
3. About 12 miles of riding with frequent stops. Casual riding pace.

4. A written exam at the end of the class. Free taillight and Certificate for all graduates.

There is no listed age limit for participating in this class designed for adults, but for youth under 16, we require that a parent or guardian also register and complete the class. We will be riding on roads and in areas without bike lanes, so children must be mature, strong riders and good listeners.

Your non-refundable fee may be transferred to a future session if we are notified no later than 72 hrs prior to the class.
