Two Wheels, One Cause: San Diego’s Community Ride for Mental Wellness

February 18 @ 10:30 am

FREE

Join San Diegans as we welcome Ed Hack who is ending his 1000 mile bike ride in San Diego after starting at the Oregon border.  Ed has been riding to highlight mental health and promote Kooth Digital Health’s new mental health and wellness app.

How will we celebrate Ed’s accomplishment?  With a family-friendly group bike ride of course.  Details and RSVP below.

Ed has a deep passion for connecting with people from all walks of life, and his ability to push his limits and explore new cultures while maintaining a positive attitude and uplifting others is incredibly inspirational. Ed’s most prominent adventure so far was a 10,000-mile, yearlong cycling trip from the U.K. to Australia, where he fully ejected from his comfort zone and embraced the chaos of the world – making countless new friends along the way. We recently caught up with Ed to talk about the cycle tour and life in general. San Diego community on a free bike ride suitable for all ages!¹
