Yoga on a Bike

Yoga doesn't have to be done on a mat...Learn to do yoga and breathing while riding your bike!

Do you get aches or pains when you ride your bike?

Learn to stretch, strengthen and breath while you bike during this interactive class. Bike touring expert and yogi instructtor Nicole Burgess will teach you the art of yoga on a bicycle. No yoga mat needed! 

Join Nicole for a 1 hour yoga class, taught over Zoom. (Zoom registration required.)


You're welcome to have your bike nearby for the class, and if you have a bike trainer, you can pedal while you practice yoga!

After class take a ride and get comfortable with some of these new moves.
