SANDAG Bike Anywhere Week – Bike Yoga

Stretch, strengthen and relax after or before your Sunday ride with Bike Yoga, taught by Amanda from Pineapple Yoga!

Tune in to a virtual yoga class on Zoom!

You’ll be guided through stretches and strengthening poses that support your cycling body!

Learn pre-ride stretches and post-ride cool down routines to help keep your body feeling good, even after long rides.

Got some sore spots? Stick around to ask Amanda about specific stretches for your unique body and riding style.
